Crossing the street has proven to be more difficult than I expected. Everyone knows that Brits drive on the opposite side of the street so you think, fine, I'll just look both directions like I always do and it will be easy. They have even painted "Look Right" and "Look Left" on the pavement to make it easier for everyone. Well, that's all well and good but I swear these tiny cars and buses come at you from all directions! We nearly got hit by a bus last night and we were being very careful to mind the traffic. Note to self: Be vigilant!
We also visited this really neat cupcake shop called Candy Cakes. Everything looked so good. Even Lil got in on the fun.
